Hope is the one driving factor that can get us through grief, loss and emotional pain. But when you begin to lose hope, and despair sets in, it can be difficult to find your way back to happiness.

 

I’ve spent the last 40 years helping people identify and overcome their emotional turmoil, and I want to do the same for you. I’ll provide the comfort, support and experience you need to better understand your struggles and find peace of mind.

HEAL

Many people have become quite adept at avoiding emotional pain. These feelings can swirl around inside us and can deteriorate our physical and mental state over time.

 

My goal is to help you isolate these negative patterns and beliefs, and then either change them into positive growth experiences, or alter the way they’re perceived. While this may result in immediate relief, lasting relief takes both time and effort.

CONNECT

Connecting with people on a personal and emotional level is one of the most important things we can do as humans. Oftentimes, both due to personal experiences or new technologies, we lose sight of this need and relationships begin to break down.

 

It’s imperative that we repair these connections and find comfortable common ground. This begins with learning how to deal with our own past experiences that have resulted in trauma or shame. I can help you mend these relationships and reach closure.
